Produkt-Beschreibung
A position indicator with Namur mounting is standard on all VESON pneumatic actuators for mounting accessories.
Hardened alloy steel pinion precision ground and nickel plated (over 15μm) to reduce friction and provide maximum wear resistance. Fully conforms to ISO5211 & DIN3337 standards. Custom dimensions available with optional stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials.
Hard anodized aluminum extrusion (over 30μm) protects against wear and corrosion while minimizing piston friction. Optional epoxy coating and PTFE coating available.
Epoxy coated (over 80μm) die-cast aluminum end caps provide maximum resistance against potentially corrosive elements. PTFE coating available as an alternative treatment.
Precisely balanced, hard anodized (over 30μm) die-cast aluminum piston fitted with high-quality guides. Twin rack and pinion design ensures constant torque output across all actuators.
Standard adjustment of ±5° in both open and closed positions through easily accessible external adjustment bolts.
High tensile steel springs with epoxy coating for corrosion resistance and extended service life. Pre-loaded springs can be safely and rapidly disassembled.
Highly durable compound material provides high thrust stability with minimal friction and long service life.
